Operations Administrative Assistant

Nancee joined the Good Sam team in March 2024.

In her role, Nancee assists in HR and facilities management. With a rich background in administrative roles, including employment at New Holland Church of the Nazarene and a law firm, Nancee brings a wealth of experience to her current position.

Nancee is deeply involved in community service and charity work. She volunteers monthly with Anchored Ministries, a mobile clothing ministry serving Lancaster and Chester counties. Additionally, she dedicates her time to Delaware Valley Golden Retriever Rescue, assisting in the care and rehoming of rescued dogs. Past involvements include volunteering with CrossNet Ministries and CASA of Lancaster.

Nancee’s journey to Good Sam was inspired by her acquaintance with Jeana Graybill, whose involvement with the organization sparked Nancee’s interest. Drawn by Good Sam’s mission of aiding the homeless, she joined the team eager to make a difference.

Her favorite aspect of working at Good Sam? The supportive and passionate staff who share her commitment to helping others.

In her free time, Nancee enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband Rick, three children, three children-in-law, and nine grandchildren. Their household also includes two rescue dogs, three retired horses, and a barn cat.

She loves outdoor activities like biking and gardening and cherishes visits to her “happy places” in Chincoteague and Colorado. She is also an active member of New Holland Church of the Nazarene, where she serves through greeting, ushering, and involvement in special events.
