Emily Neff was hired in May 2019 and is a Shelter Resource Coordinator for the Good Samaritan Services’ Shelter in Ephrata. Emily is originally from Lebanon, PA. She graduated from Shippensburg University in 1999, where she received a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. Emily has mainly worked within the child welfare system. She was previously employed by Lancaster CYS as a Caseworker, and she later worked for COBYS Family Services as a Child Profile Specialist. Emily was home with her children for many years and worked part-time from home on a limited basis. She and her husband, Keith, have been married for over 20 years and reside in Ephrata with their five children. Emily and Keith have enjoyed being a part of their church family at DOVE Westgate in Ephrata.
