Chief Advancement Officer
Mikaela joined Good Samaritan Services in July 2025, bringing with her a deep passion for community impact and a wealth of experience in nonprofit leadership. She holds a B.S. from the University of Delaware and an M.S. from Auburn University.
As Chief Advancement Officer, Mikaela’s role is to strategically lead Good Sam’s development, marketing, communications, engagement and stewardship efforts to ensure Good Sam has resources necessary to carry out its mission of compassionately responding to homelessness while also building a sustainable, growth oriented future for our organization.
Outside of work, Mikaela is deeply committed to service, having volunteered extensively with Thorncroft Equestrian Center and serving on its Board of Directors. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees for FLITE, working to remove barriers to educational success in the Tredyffrin/Easttown School District. A West Chester native, Mikaela enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it’s horseback riding, golfing, skiing, or enjoying time on the water. She also finds joy in gardening, traveling, and being with her family and their beloved German Shepherd, Duke.
Mikaela’s favorite part of her role is building teams and meaningful connections that help magnify the good we can do together.
