House Manager

Courtney joined Good Samaritan Services in 2025 and serves as a House Manager at our Lancaster City housing.

Having first come to Good Sam as a resident, Courtney was inspired by the care and encouragement she received and wanted to give back and support other women on their journeys. In her current role, she ensures residents are in by curfew, helps manage chores, and keeps daily operations on track. Her favorite part of the job is supporting and encouraging the women in the house, seeing their growth, progress, and confidence build over time.

Long term, Courtney hopes to continue pouring into others the same way Good Sam has poured into her. Now in a place to help others, she is committed to being a steady, positive presence for women as they grow, heal, and move toward stability.

In addition to her work at Good Sam, Courtney is actively involved in her church community at Paradise Bible Fellowship. She is a proud mom to her four-year-old daughter, Cherish. She treasures their time together and enjoys participating in church activities, relaxing when she can, and doing simple things that allow them to unwind and enjoy each other.
