Marketing & Content Coordinator
Cheri joined the team at Good Sam in June of 2024, excited to work for an organization that is tangibly meeting the needs of those facing homelessness and housing insecurity.
She graduated Taylor University in 2021 with a B.S. in Professional Writing and the goal of telling stories for nonprofits making a difference in the world. After a short internship with Samaritan’s Purse in Liberia, Cheri spent several years working for the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association in Charlotte, North Carolina.
At Good Sam, Cheri will be working on the marketing and communication side to create and write materials that promote the mission of Good Sam through web, social media and print materials and is excited to hear and tell stories of how lives are being changed!
Cheri currently lives on her family’s farm which keeps them busy! She is a food enthusiast who likes cooking anything Thai, Asian or Italian—and trying anything new. In her free time, she enjoys exploring new places, hiking, traveling and spending time with her family and four nephews.
