Chester County Programs

Carl joined Good Sam in May of 2025 as our Facilities Manager in Chester County. With an aptitude for fixing all and everything, Carl brings his problem-solving and creativity to the plate by ensuring all Good Sam properties are running and safe for our participants. Before Good Sam, he worked at the Community Youth and Women’s Alliance for 10 years in a similar role. His goal is to make our properties better for everyone—both participants and staff. At home, he has 2 dogs and many cats, all of which he rescued. We are so grateful to have him on our team!
