It’s warming up outside, but the need for housing doesn’t disappear with the snow!

Beginning on March 16th, 2021 Good Sam’s winter shelter facility will transition from a nightly shelter to a 60-day emergency shelter program. With this program 10 to 12 single women and women with children (per 60 days) will have access to shelter, case management, financial empowerment resources (such as matched savings and microloans) regular shelter programming (classes, meals, study groups, laundry, etc), and personal development resources such as job training, mentorships, and budgeting skills.

A cozy bedroom that can serve 3 of the 12 individuals each night.
Amenities that feel like home provide
comfort and dignity .

The 60-day shelter program will continue until the winter months of 2021 when the facility will again transition to a nightly winter shelter. As always, community members are encouraged to refer those in need to Good Samaritan Services, as they will always work to partner them with the right program and resources for their specific situation.
